"I Need Help, But I'm too Busy To Figure Out How You Can Help Me"

Do you know how many times I've heard that? Quite a few. This is especially true of small businesses or new start ups....

They know they need help, they even asked me for help, then when I ask them what it is I can do for them, they are so overwhelmed work, they don't know what to do about it.

Do you have of list of things that need to be done? Or maybe just start with one thing at a time. I'm here to help lighten your load. Or are you too afraid of letting go. Sometimes just start with a small task & work up to the larger ones, that may be easier for you.

But you will always be bombarded with the small issues, paper work, emails, social media etc. if you don't delegate and let people help you so you can concentrate on your clients & growing your business.
