This letter is both a professional and personal endorsement for Trish Lewellyn. She is an outstanding administrative and marketing professional who is highly skilled in administration, business development and marketing.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Trish for longer than I can remember and over the course of a variety of different client accounts she has excelled at meeting deadlines, adhering to scope of projects and meeting high-level KPIs while providing outstanding quality assurance. I’ve been able to trust Trish to complete simple, complex, and tedious tasks without delay and with a smile despite how hard the job may be.

One example of a client we worked with was a healthy lifestyle company who was recruiting their members for live testimonial interviews. After the interview was completed, Trish would be given a transcript to review, analyze and extract all the valuable assets from. Once those were identified, the member’s comments were then entered, sentence by sentence, into an excel spreadsheet for further categorization that included, market value, ad structure, buyer persona, and psychological profiling. After the spreadsheet was populated, she then had to review the 2+ hour testimonial video to timestamp each comment, one by one, so the advertising agency could build video ads with the member’s valuable statements.

Trish self-trained within one week and diligently completed this client’s project without delay or further onboarding. Her attention to quality and adherence to the client’s focused detail exceeded their expectations. She provided this client with such a high-level of service they extended their contract with us for double the time they previously agreed on.

What I noticed early on as I worked with Trish is how committed she is to being genuine and authentic in everything she does. It’s made working with her a joy to be honest.
