Do you know how many times I've heard that? Quite a few. This is especially true of small businesses or new start ups....

They know they need help, they even asked me for help, and then when I ask them what it is I can do for them, they are so overwhelmed work; they don't know what to do about it. Do you have of list of things that need to be done? Or maybe just start with one thing at a time. I'm here to help lighten your load. Or are you too afraid of letting go. Sometimes just start with a small task & work up to the larger ones that may be easier for you.
