Now more than ever with the present crisis it’s important to keep your name and business as visible as possible, this is where a virtual assistant can help.

One sentance I often hear is “I know I need a virtual assistant, but I don’t know what to delegate.”

Here are just a few things you can delegate.

1. Sharing your blog content across social networks

Creating and publishing your blog articles are only the beginning of blogging. If you don’t promote your posts throughout the social media community, you might as well be talking to yourself. But creating high-quality posts and memes and then sharing them on each network you’re active in at the best time to reach your targeted audience can be time-consuming! A virtual assistant can take care of this process for you.

2. Finding and editing images to use in posts

Often people will remember posts that have relative images better than posts without images.

When people hear information, they’re likely to remember only 10% of that information three days later. However, if a relevant image is paired with that same information, people retained 65% of the information three days later.

Convinced? Your next question may be where do I find all these images and edit them to fit my needs? There are many places you can find images, but you need to be sure they are royalty free or that the creator will let you share with proper credit noted. Your virtual assistant can find or create these images for you. One more thing you can mark off your list.

3. Finding quality content from relevant sources

Frequently your followers on social media will share content created by other thought leaders. You’ve probably heard others say, ‘social media is supposed to be SOCIAL.’ What this means is not every one of your posts should be about you. Your virtual assistant can monitor the internet for content that pertains to your keywords. She can then create posts which link back to the curated content. You can breathe a sigh of relief that you don’t have to do all the research!

4. Keeping track of brand mentions or questions

One of the things you should be doing constantly is keeping track of where and when your brand is being talked about on the internet. To maintain your stellar reputation or save it when there are negative remarks, you need to know who is talking about you and how. If you or your virtual assistant is not monitoring brand mentions, you will miss a lot of these comments and this will directly affect your reputation. It doesn’t take a lot of time and it needs to be a priority. Your virtual assistant can monitor and track these interactions daily and alert you to any items that need your personal attention. In addition, she can respond to those that don’t need your attention.

5. Creating or editing content on social media

A virtual assistant can create content for you in a number of different ways.

A virtual assistant can create from scratch your posts from certain keywords you give them. Or a virtual assistant can take your notes and create a post from the notes. Then share those posts to the social media outlets.

It is up to you which way you want to go.
